2. Atrio (2). L'impluvio di cocciopesto conserva un “relitto” della decorazione originaria, delineata in tessere bianche: anche se l’ornato è perduto, la disposizione delle tessere, accostate per angolo, unite al materiale usato per realizzare l’impluvio indicano una datazione ad età repubblicana, nel periodo del I stile (secondo il Pernice, prima del 150 a.C-)- È peraltro probabile che a questo impluvio si riferisca la descrizione in PAH I, 3, p- 61: “L’impluvio ha all’intorno una cornice di fabbrica, il pavimento è di mattoni pesti con lavori fatti a meandri di mosaici bianchi". 79 N60742

2. Atrium (2). The impluvium of cocciopesto retains a "wreck" of the original decoration, outlined in white tesserae: even if the decoration is lost, the arrangement of the tesserae, juxtaposed by corner, united to the material used to make the impluvium indicate a dating to the Republican age, in the period of the I style (second the Partridge, before 150 BC-)- It is moreover probable that the description in PAH I, 3, p- 61 refers to this impluvium: “The impluvium has around a factory frame, the floor is made of crushed bricks with meandering works of white mosaics". 79N60742
